Our rates start at $125 for the first hour and $100 for additional hours, this covers one painter, supplies and travel throughout Duval, Clay and St Johns Counties. After completing our booking form you will recieve confirmation of your event time slot being reserved, no deposit required. Payment is due in full on or before your event date.
$25 Travel fees are for surrounding counties including, Baker, Nassau, Flagler, and Alachua with higher fees for areas including North Orlando, the I-75 cooridor, and Southern Georgia. Please contact us on gigs ahead of time in these locations as we can price adjust based on location and event length.
Payments and Processing Fees:
We accept the following payment methods without fees; Cash, Personal Checks, Company Checks, and Bank Transfers.
These additional payment methods require a small (5%) processing fee; Credit Cards, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, Square, and Intuit Quickbooks.
Cancellation & Weather Policy:
Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance, if not a cancelation fee of 20% will apply. If an event is cancelled the day of or during the event times due to inclement weather or any other reason, we issue no refunds. Our events are scheduled rain or shine, client must provide acceptable space for all conditions. Artists are also not permitted to paint in exposed areas without shelter.
