Financial Aid Application
Financial Aid Applications are now being accepted for the upcoming dance season with Ballet On Wheels. Families applying for financial aid will need to complete an application and submit the necessary supporting documentation as soon as possible. Applications will be reviewed and decisions rendered, as soon as they come into the portal.

Required Supporting Documents:
- Copies of your most recent Federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules.
- Copies of your current year or (most recent) W-2 forms for both you and your spouse.
- Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF.
- All supporting documentation can be uploaded or attached in pdf format online.
Note: Financial Aid funding applies to monthly tuition fees only. No “zero” dollar applications will be approved through this process. Students applying for Financial Aid are required to take at least 2 classes or more per week, if they are ages 7 & up.
