  • BUS RIDE TO SIGHT AND SOUND THEATRE We would like to welcome you and your family to the MIRACLE OF CHRISTMAS! Get ready for a fun-filled and exciting experience! Tickets are selling out fast for 2019

     

    • The bus will be departing from 2039 Kennedy Blvd. Jersey City, New Jersey in front of New Jersey City University. • Each show is approximately 2 ½ hours long and includes a 15-minute intermission. • The concession stands light fare such as sandwiches, snacks, and beverages. Guests are welcome to enjoy concessions items inside the theater during the show. •There is no dress code for the show. Whether you choose to dress up or dress casually, we look forward to having you as our guest! •Capturing photos and videos of your Sight & Sound Theatres visit is a great way to remember and share your experience. Feel free to use your camera right up until the start of the show. During the performance, however, photography and video are not permitted. • For the safety of our guests and their actors, we do not allow large items such as car seats, strollers or baby carriers into the theater. • The theatre is designed to accomaodate guests who require wheelchairs or mobile transports and their companions. Not all seating is wheelchair-accessible, so it is important for you to request special accommodations when submitting your information below. •Lunch will be at Shady Maple.

    •Children under the age of 3 may sit on a parent’s lap and do not require a ticket. 

    • Missing any part of the show is no fun! In order to ensure the safety of all our guests, we ask everyone to meet at the designated pick up area ON TIME. The theater doors will close promptly at show time. Fill in all of the required information and then just click the “submit” button at the bottom when you’re done.

    Note: If you begin filling out the form and find that you need to pause to gather additional information, this form will allow you to pick up where you left off when you are ready to start again with completing and submitting the form to us.OR….

  • Please Note: We ask that you arrive at the pick up location 30 minutes prior to your departure. This will allow the necessary time for check-in and for the group line up process. This will ensure everyone is on time.

  • All new reservations require a deposit and registration form. Once deposit is submitted, you are required to make monthly payments to avoid cancellation due to abandonment of reservation. All cancellations will result in previous funds forfeited due to the contract signed between Travel with Grace Getaways and the supplier. It is imperative to contact us as soon as possible if you run into a financial situation and unable to make a monthly payment.

    It is also the responsibility of each guest to be sure that travel mates are also making monthly payments. Any payments made to us are non-cancellable and non-refundable. 

    Monthly payments are due on the date you submitted your deposit. If you submitted your deposit on June 5th, your monthly payments are due the 5th every month. Late payments will incur a $25 late fee. Once a late fee is assessed, your invoice will be adjusted and the late fee must be paid with your next monthly payment. All final payment dates are clearly noted on the form of the event you have selected. It is your responsibility to be sure payments arrive to us on or before that date. All payments must be submitted after 11:59 PM EST on the final payment date. If you fail to submit your final payment by the deadline, your reservation will be canceled and all funds will be forfeited

    Method of Payment
    Once your deposit is submitted, you will receive an invoice to make future payments with your debit/credit card via Wave. Each transaction is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your payments. Our transactions appear as WAV*TwGG. Any charge as a result of stopped payments or insufficient funds will incur a $65 chargeback fee per transaction.
  • Making reservations for any Travel with Grace Getaways event package signifies your acceptance to our Terms of Service.

    Note: If you have a known allergy to nuts, please be advised that their almonds are roasted and sold in the theater lobbies. Additionally, the concessions areas process products that contain peanuts, tree nuts, milk, soy and wheat. We cannot guarantee that the products are free from cross-contamination of the top eight allergens. During your visit, please talk to one of the concessions team members to discuss safe food options for your family.
