  • Reactivating Your Listing: Upon submitting this form, we will remove the pending sale information, and set the property to Temporarily Withdrawn status. When you are ready to re-activate your listing, please use the following form:

    • Form for Reactivating a Listing
  • Updating Your Listing - You may wish to update the listing when re-activating. The best way to make general listing updates is by using the online Listing Update forms at mlsbydan.com.

    Common update forms:

    • Price Change
    • Commission Change
    • Upload / Replace Photos
    • Schedule Open Houses
    • General / Misc. Update Form
  • Has Your Listing Term Expired? - Please note that if the original listing expiration date has passed (often 6 months after activation), it will be necessary to renew before setting the status back to Active. You can renew an expired listing by placing a new order, and completing an updated MLS listing agreement. Existing property listing data can be re-used for a renewal listing.

    • Massachusetts Listing Agreeement
    • Pennsylvania Listing Agreement
    • New York Listing Agreement

If the listing expiration date has not passed, no additional steps are necessary to switch back to Active status upon submitting this form.

  • Note on Resetting "Days on Market" Count: In the past, sellers have requested to remove and re-list a listing in order to reset the Days on Market count.

    • Most MLS systems (unless otherwise noted) require a period of 60 days in which the listing is completely withdrawn before the number resets to 0 (though this policy may vary and cannot be guaranteed).
    • In some cases, particularly when the gap is less than 60 days, the previous total Days on Market is added to that of the new listing.
    • Days will continue to accumulate in "temporarily withdrawn" status.
  • By submitting this form, I certify that I am authorized as a property owner, or acting with the permission of the property owner(s) to request this listing update.
