If Clings were ordered
Congratulations on your decision to order clings, as this will allow you to transfer your permit(s) from one vehicle to another if necessary. To attach your permit sticker to its cling, peel the sticker from its backing and then center on and affix to the unpeeled cling. After the sticker is attached to the cling, peel the cling from its backing and carefully press the peeled side to the interior of your back window on the driver’s side. The front of your permit now shows through the cling and through your vehicle’s window.
If Clings were not ordered
We notice that you didn’t request cling(s). Unless you have your own cling source, you will have to affix your permit sticker directly to the inside of your rear window on the driver’s side.

Clings cost $1 each. We strongly encourage you to buy clings for each of your permits. If you apply your permit directly to your car window without using a cling, it will be impossible to move from vehicle to vehicle and you will have to scrape it off at the end of the year. Clings allow you to easily move your permit from one vehicle to another. You will stick your permit directly to the cling; so you will need one cling per permit purchased.
