Establish a friendly and professional relationship with Guests; handling their appearances at con with their schedule and catering to their needs during their weekend.
Guest Relations Driver
The chauffer for the Guests and Guest Staff with the schedules with airports and transporting them to nessecary locations such as restaurants. Runs errands as needed. Must be on-call all weekend to drive.
Guest Relations Gopher
Run on-site errands for Liaisons and GR Director/Assistant Director. Errands may include but are not limited to: Ensuring Guest panels and autograph sessions have water bottles available, ensuring autograph sessions have sharpies ready in advance, getting guests snacks or drinks on behalf of the Liaison when needed.
