Note: Please water the yard. The ground needs to be soft in order for the stakes to go into the ground. Turn off sprinklers after sign is installed. Leave porch light on. We charge a $20 trip charge if the ground is not watered and the stakes will not go into the ground. The remaining balance will be refunded to you. 1. We deliver between 8pm and 11:30pm on the day before your event. Pick up is between 8pm and 11:30pm on the day of your celebration. We can also deliver in the morning or during the day at specific time. Include that in the notes on your order. We will accommodate special requests. 2. All greetings must be paid in full in advance. 3. Payment is required to finalize your booking. We accept payment through Pay Pal, major credit cards, cash, checks. We accept personal checks as long as we receive before delivery date and check clears. 4. If harsh weather happens and we are unable to deliver your greeting, you will receive a full refund and the opportunity to reschedule. Harsh weather includes lightning, thunderstorms, heavy rain, high winds. No refund will be given for mistakes on address or if homeowner has asked for the display to be removed. 5. Please protect our display from any damage. (Flying debris from lawn mowers and weed eaters). If negligent damage occurs to the display you will be invoiced for replacement items. 6. Please do not attach balloons to any part of the display. 7. Please do not move the display. This is rental display. If they need to be moved or picked up early, call us and we will move or pick up. 8. We would love for you to pose with the display to take photos of the greeting celebration. Please share those photos with us by emailing them or posting directly on our social media pages.
