Booth size: 10 w x 10 d or 20 w x 10 d* Booths must be kept to 10 ft depth. Additional allotment of space behind the booth (10 ft) is for personal use/camping.
Fees: $675/725 Single 10x10 (handcraft/import)
$1175/1,225 Double 20x10 (handcraft/import)
$775/825 Premium Single (corner spot) 10x10 -- 2 available (handcraft/import)
$1,275/1,325 Premium Double (corner spot) 20x10 -- 2 available (handcraft/import)
Passes: Two adult 4-day passes and one onsite 4h vehicle pass are included with a Single booth; four adult 4-day passes and two onsite 4h vehicle passes are included with a Double and Premium Double booth. One additional 4-day pass is available per booth for $199.50. Children 5 - 12 are $55 for four days. Ages 4 & under are free.
Liability Insurance: All accepted vendors will be required to carry liability insurance naming Hangtown Festival LLC AND El Dorado County Fairgrounds as additional insureds. If you don’t normally carry insurance, it typically can be purchased for $95-$125. If you are selected to be a vendor and need insurance, we can recommend an insurance carrier for you.
Electricity: Hangtown Festival does provide limited electricity as a part of the booth fee. You must bring your own extension cords and lighting. (Please note: electricity is limited! Please only use for small wattage items ie: christmas lights; phone charger -- coffee makers or other high wattage appliances will create outages for the vending area).
Camping: An additional 10x10 space directly behind your booth will be allotted for camping space. Please note: RETAIL SPACE must be confined to 10 ft of depth. * No additional hill space may be used.
Parking: You will be allowed one or two (for double) vehicle pass(es) which will allow you to park on-site in the 4h field. Any additional vehicles must have a parking pass (which may be purchased through our website). No ins and outs. Once vehicles are in the festival grounds, they stay parked for the entire weekend!
Lighting: Please take into consideration the impact of your booth lighting beyond the reach of your space. We ask that your booth lighting is directed at your merchandise and not out into the crowd. Second, we encourage soft white, colored lighting, or stringer lighting rather than white florescent lighting if possible.
