Welcome to our application for conference attendance. We are thrilled that you are interested in attending this event. This conference is being planned for women who have hemophilia and/or symptomatic carriers at NO CHARGE to the participants. Due to funding requirements, we need to have a geographically diverse attendance, and therefore cannot accept attendees based on a first come, first served basis. We will select participants based on the closest match to our intended audience and other stated factors, including time of application.
You will see below a number of questions we'd like you to answer. Your responses will be used for conference planning, and will never be shared with your personal identification information. We will combine all responses and share so no personal information will be revealed. Please answer all questions, but only provide detail that you feel comfortable sharing with us. NOTE: We are not able to fund women to attend this conference who live outside the United States. We have limited funding for those in Hawaii and Alaska
