The Lohry Fellowship is available to non-traditional M.S. or M.A.S. graduate students currently enrolled full or part-time in a College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources regular or online program. The Lohry Fellowship is a one time $1000 award based on academic and scholastic achievement or promise and cannot be associated with any service requirement. Nominations should include non-traditional students without a paid assistantship who otherwise would not be considered for fellowships.
Guidelines
The nomination must show generally high scholastic and career potential evidence, and a current degree GPA of 3.5 or greater and an excellent letter of support from their academic or other advisor familiar with the student.
Nominations should be filled out by the student's advisor or faculty member familiar with the student's academic performance.
The stipend will be credited to the student’s MyRed account; if the student has already paid her/his tuition and fees, the student will get a refund.
CALENDAR: Applications will be accepted after the start of the semester (following the 6-day census), or during the semester until awarded.
