Room Accommodation Options
There are three options available that are first come- first serve. If you need a room pre- or post- conference, we ask that you book those days later in the form.
1. Sharing a room and bathroom with another attendee or guest. This is one room with two twin beds for $480/person (or $80/night). This option requires you to register for all six days of the conference. This is also an alcohol free room and is approximately a 20 minute walk from the conference meeting area.
2. This is a suite of four single rooms and two bathrooms. Thus, it is a single room, one bed, sharing a bathroom with 1 other person for $570 for all six days, or $95/night. This option requires you to register for all six days of the conference. This room is next to the conference center and requires no additional walking. Due to UBC regulations, this option is not open for young children.
3. A single room with a double bed and separate bathroom for $912 for all six days, or $152/night. This option requires you to register for all six days of the conference. This room is next to the conference center and requires no additional walking. This option might work best for couples, a parent and child, close friends or persons looking for privacy. If you are planning on sharing your bed with a partner or child, you only need to register once for the room.
