This audit is organized by Floor, then Room(s), then Cleaning Surface(s).
- Floor - for each floor you audit, you will enter the floor number then select "Add a Room"
- Room - for each room, on each floor, you audit, you will enter details about that room then select "Add a Surface"
- Surface - for each cleaning surface, in each room, you will enter details about that surface. Once you've entered all of the information, you will have the option to 1. add a new surface; 2. add a new room; 3. add a new floor; and 4. submit the form.
It is important to follow this model to ensure the appropriate floors, rooms and surfaces are together.
