ABOUT OPEN STUDIOS:
In 2013, there were 29 artists on the Sedona Visual Artists' Coalition (SVAC) Open Studio Tour and it was an annual event. The tour has become one of the top events in Sedona and has become a designated Signatureevent by the Sedona Chamber of Commerce. The Tour in the Spring of 2018, attracted in excess of 2200 visitors, with over 50% from out of the area. This success has led SVAC to expand the Tour to a twice a year event.
Marketing the event is the key to the Tour's success and SVAC has developed a robust plan to promote the tour both locally and state-wide. Our community sponsors play a key role in supporting the marketing program. Some key elements of the plan are:
