The 2020 Craft Fair will be held both inside the fellowship hall (upper and lower) and outside in the parking lot of Trussville Southside Baptist Church. You must select either an inside or outside booth during checkout. Booths will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. Booths will be appropriately spaced to comply with any Covid mandates/requirements.
HANDMADE CRAFTS - BOOTH SPACE $35 each
DIRECT VENDOR - BOOTH SPACE $40 each
Inside Booths - Inside spaces are no longer available.
Oustide Booths - Approximately 10’x10’ in size. Vendor will be responsible for providing all items (tent, tables, chairs, etc.)
This event and will be held rain or shine. No refunds or price adjustment will be made in the event of inclement weather.
ELECTRICTY $5 per booth: is available on a first come first served basis. We can only accommodate power to 10 sites. Vendor is responsible for additional electrical cords. Electrical cords may not run across or be taped down in walkways.
DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS TO BE SOLD:
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. WE ONLY ALLOW 1 (ONE) DIRECT SALES REPRESENTATIVE PER BRAND, FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. THIS SITE WILL BE UPDATED AS DIRECT VENDORS ARE CONFIRMED.

Vendors must list a description of items to be sold, including brand names.
Incomplete forms will be rejected. TSBC reserves the right to refuse space and/or require removal of any item that is deemed inappropriate for display, distribution or sale. Please list description of items and brands to be sold.
TAXES: Vendors are responsible for paying City, County and State taxes.
SET UP / TAKE DOWN: Setup will begin at 6:30 am on Saturday & must be completed by 7:45 am. No vehicles will be allowed into the sales area after 7:45 am. No exceptions. Take Down is not allowed before 2 pm and must be completed by 3 pm the same day.
No smoking permitted on the premises.
TSBC will be advertising this event through social media, and road signs. We will make every effort to ensure that vendors have the opportunity for a profitable day and to provide a versatile shopping experience for our patrons. We plan to have a food truck in attendance again this year.
