The 2018 Craft Fair has been relocated to the side parking lot which offers level sites and good visibilty to passing traffic. We have a limit of 35 vendors, first come, first served. We will also have a Bake Sale and food available for purchase onsite.
You must have a Paypal Account to register and pay online. Your Registration is not confirmed until paid for.
HANDMADE CRAFTS - BOOTH SPACE $30 each
DIRECT VENDOR - BOOTH SPACE $35 each
A 10’ Wide x 18’ Deep booth space will be provided. Vendor will be responsible for providing all other items (tent, tables, chairs, etc.)
This is an outdoor event that will be moved indoors in the event of inclement weather. Vendor indoor space will be 8’ wide by 6’ deep and will include a 60”x30” table and two chairs. No refunds or price adjustment will be made in the event of moving inside due to inclement weather.
ELECTRICTY $5 per booth: is available on a first come first served basis. We can only accommodate power to 10 sites. Vendor is responsible for additional electrical cords. Electrical cords may not run across or be taped down in walkways.

THE FOLLOWING DIRECT VENDORS HAVE BEEN CONFIRMED AND ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR BOOTH SPACE: MAGNABILITIES, LULAROE, IT WORKS/KETO WORKS, LIPSCENSE/SENEGENCE, SCENTSY, COLOR STREET (NAIL POLISH STRIPS), DISCOVERY TOYS, PINK ZEBRA, PAPARAZZI JEWELRY, AND YOUNG LIVING. WE HAVE ALEADY CONFIRMED ONE VENDOR FOR EACH OF THESE BRANDS.
Vendors must list a description of items to be sold, including brand names.
Incomplete forms will be rejected. TSBC reserves the right to refuse space and/or require removal of any item that is deemed inappropriate for display, distribution or sale. Please list description of items and brands to be sold.
TAXES: Vendors are responsible for paying City, County and State taxes.
SET UP / TAKE DOWN: Setup will begin at 7 a.m. on Saturday & must be completed by 8:30 a.m. No vehicles will be allowed into the sales area after 8:30 a.m. No exceptions. Take Down time is not allowed before 2 p.m. and must be completed by 3 p.m. the same day.
There will be food vendors on site to provide meals, snacks and drinks.
No smoking permitted on the premises.
TSBC will be advertising this event through social media, radio, and road signs. We will make every effort to ensure that vendors have the opportunity for a profitable day and to provide a versatile shopping experience for our patrons.
