What to expect when surrendering a pet to our rescue:

If your application for owner surrender is approved through Moving Mountains For Mastiffs you will receive a call from one of our team members to answer any questions you may have about our process. If in agreement, we will make arrangements with you to transfer your dog to one of our foster homes, where they will stay until they are adopted. Once the dog is in our care, we will make sure the dog is fully vetted prior to adopting the pet out. This would include spay/neuter, updated vaccines, deworming, grooming and anything else the dog may need.

Once the dog is ready for adoption, we will place the dog up for adoption through our rescue and begin the process of finding its forever home. We do have an application process to help insure we are placing your dog in an appropriate home. We are confident we can make a great match for your dog!

Form, hereinafter referred to as “dog”. To my knowledge, no other person has any right to the dog.

I hereby surrender all ownership rights to the dog. I understand once I relinquish the dog, the dog will no longer be available to be returned.

I have read and understand the terms of this surrender form any individual who shall be employed by or affiliated with a competing organization or entity. An award of arbitration may be confirmed in a court of competent jurisdictions.
