Pre Company ** NEW AGE GROUPS **
Dancers ages 5-14 who are ready for a challenge and interested in competing.

Pre Company monthly tuition includes 1 technique classs, 1 tumbling class, and 2 group routines (Jazz & Tap for ages 5-7, Jazz & Tap or Hip Hop for ages 8-10 and 11-14). Dancers on the Pre Company Team are required to attend dress rehearsal, 2 competitions, annual Dance House Recital, possible costume fittings, intro photoshoot, and studio picture day. Dancers on the Pre Company Team will not be in the Company Production routine. Being in the Company Production routine requires the dancer to be on the Mini/Junior or Teen/Senior Company Team. However, the Pre Company Team will be considered a part of the Company Team and are required to purchase a Dance House Company Team jacket and will be pictured with the Company Team in Spring 2026. Their season will end right after recital in May/June 2026.

Dancers in the Teen/Senior Company are required to attend intro photoshoot, costume fittings, extra practices, dress rehearsal, 4 regional competitions, studio picture day, annual Dance House Recital, and 1 national competition. *Outside choreography and occasional guest teacher for combo classes throughout the season - additional cost.

FAQ
Q: How do I know which Company Level my child falls under?
A: Level is based on age and skill.
Pre Company is ages 5 to 14 (2 competitions, DOES NOT attend Nationals)
Mini/Junior is ages 5 to 12
Teen/Senior is ages 13 to 18
You will start by registering your child by age. Dance House will determine your child's placement from there. Please be aware your child may be placed below or above their age depending on skill ability.

Q: If my child doesn't want to do tumbling, will my tuition be adjusted?
A: No. All classes listed under each Company Level are included in the monthly tuition. Technique, ballet, combo/improv, routines, and production are mandatory. If your child does not participate in tumbling, please know your tuition will still remain the same.

A: Yes, 25%

Pre Company Mandatory Events

- Costume Fittings
Please keep in mind that there may be days your child will need to come to the studio for costume fittings. We do not fit dancers during class times. These days will most likely be weekends.

- Pre Company Team is required to attend 2 Regional Competitions between the months of March and May.

- It is mandatory that all dancers wear appropriate dance attire to every class and have appropriate shoes for each class they're enrolled in. All dancers must have their hair in a secure ponytail for every class.

- The Pre Company Team is required to perform in the annual Dance House Recital - May or June 2026.

- Weekly attendance is very important for the Pre Company Team. Classes the week of competition and any additional extra scheduled practices are mandatory. However, if a class is missed due to sickness, family emergency, etc. the week of competition, it will need to be made up that week.

- Studio Picture day and Company Team Intro Photoshoot are mandatory for all Pre Company & Company Dance House dancers.
Company Team Mandatory Events

- Company Team Introduction Photoshoot

- Costume Fittings - Please keep in mind that there will be days your child will need to come to the studio for costume fittings. We try not to fit dancers during class times. These days will most likely be weekends.

- Company Team is required to attend 4 Regional Competitions between the months of February and May.

- It is mandatory that all dancers wear appropriate dance attire to every class and have appropriate shoes for each class they're enrolled in. All dancers must have their hair in a secure ponytail for every class. Leos, pink tights, and ballet shoes for all ballet classes. Black leos and pink tights are recommended but any color is okay.

- The Company Team is required to perform in the annual Dance House Recital - May or June 2026.

- The Company Team is required to attend 1 National Competition in the month of June. All Company dancers are required to stay at the assigned hotel. Please plan on your family getting together once with the team at Nationals outside of the competition. It may be a dinner, a pool party, or something else. This will be planned closer to the date of Nationals.

Parent/Guardian Signature: I willingly grant permission for photographs/video of my child to be published for Dance House advertising via print media and the world wide web. I agree that I am enrolling for a full season. I agree responsibility for the full season's tuition, which is broken down into monthly payments, that are due the 1st of each month. I agree to pay a $10.00 monthly late fee (for each month of late tuition), for tuition payments received by Dance House after the 8th day of the month they are due. Tuition payments may be made online, by cash, check or credit/debit card. Checks can be mailed to 208 Pine St, Highland, IL 62249. A $35 returned check fee will be added to your account for any checks returned unpaid. Students will not be allowed to participate in classes if tuition payments are more than 60 days past due. I acknowledge that there are NO REFUNDS. *
