- The set-up is between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM. If you are late you may not be able to set-up.
- Each Community Vendor is responsible for keeping and leaving their site clean. No cardboard boxes may be placed in the trash barrels. Please break boxes down and place next to the barrels. Vendors are not permitted to dump waste at the event. UNCF reserves the right to remove any signage or other vendor booth displays that it deems inappropriate or unsafe.
- Community Vendors requiring electrical service during the event must submit their electrical requirements to jazmine.barnes@uncf.org by September 1st. All electrical cables and connections in pedestrian areas must be covered and protected securely as to maintain site safety. These accommodations will be made at an additional cost.
- Community Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold The United Negro College Fund, Inc. and Valencia College West Campus, Directors, and volunteers harmless from any and all loss or damage to Vendor, Vendor’s employees or any other person to any act or omission of Vendor.
Once your application has been approved an email will be sent to you to secure your space by making an online or over the phone payment.
All forms need to be submitted by September 1st. All approved applications need to be paid for by September 7th. All spaces are reserved on a first come first served basis.
