The following is a list of rules and guidelines every customer must follow in regards to slip improvements and noise/music. These rules are in accordance with the Corp of Engineers, City of Lewisville, and Eagle Point Marina. Any customer with unauthorized items will be asked to remove them. Items not removed promptly will be removed at owner’s expense. Repeat violations of these rules could result in the termination of your lease or lead to a $50/per day fine until the violation is corrected.
- ONE MARINA APPROVED DOCK BOX IS ALLOWED ON WALKWAY PER SLIP (MAX HEIGHT OF 36”) *PLEASE SEE MARINA FOR APPROVED DOCK BOX OPTIONS
- NOTHING CAN BE STORED ON THE FINGERS OF SLIPS
- ALL APPLIANCES AND EXTENSION CORDS MUST BE “UL” RATED FOR OUTDOOR OR DAMP ENVIRONMENTS. (including refrigerators)
- EXTENSION CORDS MUST BE UNPLUGGED WHEN MEMBER IS NOT AT THE SLIP.
**MARINA HAS THE RIGHT TO UNPLUG ANY EXTENSION CORDS**
- ELECTRICAL CORDS OR LIGHTS (EXAMPLES: SHORE POWER CORDS, STRING LIGHTS, AND FAN CORDS ETC.) ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE DIRECTLY ATTACHED OR IN CONTACT WITH THE STEEL COMPONENTS OF THE DOCK
- ALL ELECTRICAL WIRING MUST BE DONE THROUGH THE MARINA
- SINKS ARE ONLY ALLOWED WITH APPROVED WATER CONTAINMENT CONTAINERS. THEY CANNOT DRAIN DIRECTLY INTO THE LAKE.
- ALL CARPET MUST BE OUTDOOR CARPET, LOOSE AND EASILY ACCESSIBLE TO BE INSPECTED UNDERNEATH. NO GLUE OR STAPLES. VELCRO AND SNAPS ARE ALLOWED. CARPET CANNOT BE UNDER CABINETS, LOCKERS OR APPLIANCES.
- ALL GATES, FENCES, CABINETS AND DECKS MUST BE DONE OR APPROVED THROUGH MARINA. NO CABINETS OR BARS ARE ALLOWED TO PROJECT INTO THE WALKWAYS.
- NO STRUCTURES (INCLUDING REFRIGERATORS AND SCREEN PARTITIONS) CAN BE HIGHER THAN 48” FROM MAIN WALKWAY AND NO WIDER THAN 48”.
- REFRIGERATORS CAN ONLY BE WHITE OR STAINLESS AND CANNOT USE EXTENSION CORDS.
- ELECTRIC GRILLS ONLY. NO OPEN FLAMES OF ANY KIND. THIS INCLUDES PROPANE HEATERS OR TIKI TORCHES.
- DOCK AREA MUST BE KEPT CLEAN OF ALL TRASH AND LOOSE ITEMS
- BOATS MUST BE KEPT CLEAN AND IN GOOD REPAIR
- SUN/WIND SCREENS AND SPIDER NETS MUST GO THROUGH MARINA OFFICE – BLACK ONLY
- NO SEWAGE CAN BE PUMPED OVERBOARD AT ANY TIME. ALL HOLDING TANKS MUST BE PUMPED OUT AT AN APPROVED PUMP-OUT FACILITY
- ANY WATER HOSES LEFT ON DOCK MUST BE STORED IN A HOSE REEL CONTAINER
- ALL ICE MAKERS MUST HAVE A BACK-FLOW PREVENTION INSTALLED BY AN APPROVED PLUMBER AND MUST BE INSPECTED EVERY YEAR.
- SLIPS MUST BE PUT BACK INTO ORIGINAL CONDITION WHEN VACATING SLIP. MEMBERS WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE REPAIR OF THE DOCK FOR THE NEXT TENANT.
- NO SWIMMING ON OR OFF DOCKS DUE TO POSSIBLE ELECTRIC SHOCK HAZARDS.
- FUELING ON THE DOCKS IS PROHIBITED. ANY FUEL CANS ON THE DOCKS WILL BE CONFISCATED AND DESTROYED.
- MUSIC IS ALLOWED DURING THE HOURS:
MONDAY-THURSDAY 7AM-10PM
FRIDAY 7AM-11PM
SATURDAY 9AM-11PM
SUNDAY 9AM-10PM
IF YOUR MUSIC IS BOTHERING ANYONE IN THE MARINA, IT MUST BE TURNED DOWN.
NO MATTER WHAT TIME OF DAY OR NIGHT IT IS.
*** Due to the Corp of Enginneers regulations and rules ALL cabinets, appliances and fencing must be owned by the marina. By signing this you agree to sign over all of these items to the marina during your lease. At the end of your lease you may remove marina approved items. Marina is not responsible for the maintenance of these items and members are still liable to remove them at the end of the lease. Please note that all fencing, decking, sun screens/spider nets and electrical must go through the marina and becomes marina property when you vacate the slip.
