Promo Tables are booths meant for promotion only and do not have the same privliages or hours as the vendors room. Because these booths are free, we request no sales are done at them unless approved beforehand with the convention chairman (i.e. con admissions or merchandise, club memberships, books, etc.). You may set your own hours for your space as long as they are during times the convention is open. These booths are also not in rooms that can be locked, so please keep in mind that we cannot secure your booth when you are not there. Set-ups and valuables should be removed from the table if there are none of your staff present. If you need us to watch your booth due to food or bathroom breaks, just ask for a staff member. Each space comes with 2 badges. Additional badges must be purchased through Registration.
Finally, keep in mind that Gateway Comic Con's mission is to provide fun, interactive exhibits. While a promotional table can be just handouts, we strongly encourage groups and businesses to bring an interactive element to their space.
