Describe the Actions Required
This one can be a bit tricky.
In order to reach a goal you have to DO something. Typically there are recurring actions, many of which need to be done on a regular basis, often daily. A recurring action in the game of basketball, for example, includes the actions of dribbling, shooting, passing, rebounding, blocking, etc. In the game of sales you have to prospect, approach, get appointments, uncover problems, present, close, etc.
Likewise, reaching your goals will be the result of actions that you perform.
For now, just list what you think are the fundamentals and don't worry too much about getting it right or even whether it's something you do well or enjoy doing. At this point we're just getting a feel for things.
