Please note that there is a one-off application fee of $ 150 USD, once you get accepted $ 125 USD will be deducted from your total booking fee and $ 25 USD will be used for the registration/admin fee. In case not accepted you will receive a refund of the full $ 150 USD within 48 hours.

When your application is successful, the payment in full is required before 30th April 2019. Payments made are non-refundable. Booking fee's are plus 5.5% when paid by Visa/Mastercard or $ 35 USD when paid by bank wire to cover admin/transaction costs. TAX/VAT will not be charged. Invoices will only be emailed out if requested after payment has been received.

Please upload two examples of your work that best shows your practice. If you represent more than two artists, please email us a selection of art you will be representing. 

You must also ensure that each image is no bigger that 5MB.

If you are selected to exhibit at TIAF19 Tokyo International Art Fair the information that you include will appear in the official catalogue excluding personal details.

Whilst you maintain the property rights of your images by completing this form you allow the organisation the use of the images submitted for any marketing purposes.

If your application is accepted, $ 125 USD will be discounted from your total booking. $ 25 USD is the Reg/Admin fee.

If your application is not accepted you will be refunded 100% of the $ 150 USD registration fee.
