• New Student Instrumental Lesson Enrolment

  • Dear Parents

    This form should only be completed by new students wishing to start lessons or students wishing to start another instrument.  Existing students (unless a Cancellation Form has been received) will be automatically re-enrolled for next term.

    Please ensure that the Instrument Lesson Agreement is read in detail.

    Lessons are provided at a rate of $340 for individual sessions. Lessons are 30 minutes in duration.

    If you wish to hire an instrument, parents must read and agree to the terms set out in the Instrument Hire Agreement.

    An invoice for Instrumental Lessons will be sent after enrolment is confirmed.
