Terms: All service requests will need credit card information to assign it to tech. For warranty service call ( 60 Days from day of install ) card will not be charged/billed for any time on site. Any service request after ( 60 days from install ) Normal Billing rate : Non urgent  85 to 110  $ / Hour / Tech || Priority Call / service call  Billing rate : 145 $ / Hour / Tech. 

Time will be calculated when Tech leaves the office . 

All hardware payments need to be paid in advance for any installation. 

All Service calls will be billed a minimum 3 hours including travelling time.
