Important Notice for Canadian Customers – CARM Requirements
Due to Canada’s new CBSA Assessment and Revenue Management (CARM) system, which is now mandatory for all commercial imports, you (the Canadian recipient) will be the Importer of Record when your repaired sensor is returned to Canada.
You must have a valid CARM Client Portal account (with your Business Number / RM account) and provide your CARM importer identifier on the return shipping documents. Without this, the shipment may be delayed or held by CBSA.
