Thank you for reaching out to Dekor. To resolve your claim as quickly as possible, please complete the following form with as much detail as possible.

Dekor takes great pride in supplying quality products. If you believe your product is faulty as a result of a manufacturing defect, or if you need a replacement part for one of your Dekor products, please continue to fill out this Product Claim Form. We have a limited lifetime warranty on our products.

Please note: Any returns should be handled directly through the original place of purchase.

The Dekor warranty does NOT cover the Dekor Cloth Diaper Liner or Dekor Refills.

As the consumer who owns the product, the information filled out in the Product Claim Form is your responsibility to ensure it is correct. If you fill out the form for the wrong size pail, it will be your responsibility to pay for the shipping of the incorrect product back to our warehouse, as well as the shipping cost for the new replacement.
