To ensure your project looks its best, it is important to start with optimal image quality.
For example, if your original art’s size and resolution are too low, or compromised in any way, this will result in a poor print. Also different print processes require specific art formats.
Below is a list of the preferred file formats and art requirements for the various garment decorating processes.

Although not required, it is a good idea to send us your design at the size you would like it printed. 150dpi or better resolution preferred (the higher, the better). Additional art fees may apply to clean up art that is not acceptable to print.

Saved at 150dpi, 8 bit color, in RGB mode
