LEGAL & FILING FEES

The following fees are associated with filing your annual report:

Registered Agent: If you need us to obtain a registered agent on your behalf you will be charged $75 for the year.

Note: Outside General Counsel: If your business is part of our general counsel program, you will be billed hourly for your legal fee, up to, but not exceeding the flat rate stated in this chart.

*Multiple States: if your business is registered in multiple states, you wil be charged the stated fee for each state.

**Franchise Taxes: Some states, such as Delaware, also charge a "franchise tax" based on the value of the company's gross assets. This tax is in additon to the filing fee. We will charge $150 to prepare this form on your behalf. You will not be charged if you prepare this form and provide it to us when we file your report.
