The $299 base coaching model allows you to choose which style of communication suits your needs the best. You may have screened with a coach that has already identified how they communicate. If so, choose that option, please. If you would like to have Coach Kelly as your coach, please choose the $399 option below. Everything else will remain the same.
Option 1, as described in the video above. One 40-45 minute Zoom meeting per month and texting access, Monday through Friday. Advantage: You will have direct daily communication with your coach for your required check ins, as well as to address issues, stresses, quick consults on meals when needed, coaching to be ready for the day, photos of meals and menus, and general accountability that will be answered in a timely manner, as long as the coach is not in back-to-back Zoom meetings, but within the texting hours. These are proactive texts from the client, the coach is responding. Texting is nutrition-related.
Option 2, two 30-minute Zoom meetings per month, plus a Monday morning check-in text to include how the weekend went, scale weight, and how you are prepared for the week. Any other questions that come up during the week will be communicated via email during business hours only. The coach's response may be written or a video response, depending on the complexity of the question. Advantage: the coach can actively review progress face to face more frequently, which research has shown to improve intrinsic motivation. When we see data in person, moving towards goals or not moving, we can quickly identify issues that may be derailing the behaviors that support your goals. We can address behavior challenges on a more 1:1 style with real-time resolution, education, and methods to circumvent the problem before it goes on for potentially a full month.
In either option, we ask that you refrain from any DM/PM communications, as it may not be responded to in a timely manner and we are working to streamline our communications to just one place. Your coach may redirect your communications to email or direct text, depending on the option of servicing you chose. Please tag your coach on the VIP Member Page so that others in the group can benefit from answers and responses.
The VIP Member Page is required and is another method of communication and support during coaching hours, after hours, and on weekends. It also allows coaching clients to access other coach perspectives and a community of like-minded clients on their journey.
