TRANSCRIPT SERVICES
Initial "first time" Transcript Set up Service per student (meaning we have never done a transcript for you):
$30.00-Initial Transcript Request Fee. This includes setting up your transcript which will be held in our archives.
$10.00-Transcript Update: After the initial set up, you may send grades for an updated transcript.
Keep in mind, this update includes revisions such as adding new grades and updating address. However, any changes after the parent/guardian approves the transcript update draft or if major changes are made we will deem it a new transcript which will cost $30.00.
A draft may be emailed to the parent for review and approval. Approval may or may not be needed depending on time constraints.
EMAIL SERVICES
$10.00 per request. Up to three (3) emails to send an e-Transcript to schools. Most colleges are accepting Official e-Transcripts.
MAIL SERVICES (HARD COPY)
Do not send an offical sealed transcript directly unless it is approved to do so. Most require us to mail sealed transcripts directly. Check with your admissions officer beforehand.
USPS Certified with Return Receipt: $20.00 (each). This includes certifiying, sealing, and mail with tracking for official transcripts. Return receipts are sent to HRA and available upon request.
PARENT COPY (MAILED)
An "official electronic transcript" will be emailed to the parent during the draft approval process. An official transcript hard copy will NOT be mailed to the parents unless requested and paid. This will require postage with tracking to ensure receipt. Cost: $10.00
