Additional Training Expenses
Belt Test Fees:

Every 9-12 weeks students are tested for belt promotion

White -High Red Belt $75 per test

Sparring Gear:

Every student is required to purchase Academy sparring gear at yellow belt. Sparring is part of the curriculum and protective gear is necessary for those classes. The cost for a complete set includes tote bag, arm & shin guards, chest protector and helmet.

After School Policies/Terms
Tuition
- Paid by Auto-draft every week of the school year.
- No discounts for holiday closing
- Full-Time attendance is 4+ days a week ($75 per week per child)
- Part-Time attendance is up to 3 days a week ($60 per week per child)
Teacher Workdays/Early Release Days
- After School is open 8:00am-6:00pm
- Full-Time tuition includes Teacher Workdays
- Part-Time students may attend full-day camp for $40
- The Academy vans pick-up early on Early Release Days
School Absesces

When a child scheduled for pick-up is not present, the driver must park the van and go to the office in search of him/her, creating route delays.
- A $10 fine will automatically be charged for every instance the Academy is not notified of a student's absence from school
- Notify the Academy of an absence from school before 2:00pm
Inclement Weather School Closings

We follow news-reported school closings. If schools are closed due to weather, The Academy will be closed too.

End of Day Pick Up

Consistent late pick-up will result in fines.
- Pick-up is by 6:00pm
Fees in the amount of $5.00 for every 15 minutes after 6:00pm will be automatically charged to your account.

Release of Children
- Students are released only to those individuals recorded on the student Release forms.
- Persons not listed on the form are required to bring written authorazation from the parent/guardian and the parent/guardian must call or email the school and provide notification. Photo ID will be required at time of pick-up.
Terms:

After school program runs on a month to month basis. If you wish to discontinue the program you will need to give a 30 day written notice. During this 30 days you are required to pay for full tuition.
