Selection Process
1. Applicants should be certified anaesthesiologists since maximum 7 or 8 years.
2. Applicants should be members of their National Society and trainee or active members of the European Society of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care (ESAIC)
3. Applicants must be working in Europe
4. Participation in ESAIC educational projects (e.g. Mentorship Programme, Teach the Teacher Course) will be considered as assets in the selection process.

  - the application form
  - their Curriculum Vitae
  - their lecture outline (max. 300 words)
  - a recommandation letter from the chair of the department, director of training or faculty dean.
