COVID-19 Update

We have experienced unprecedented demand for our products.  We thank you for your business and patience.  We are running much lower on inventory than in years past.  We expect to soon run out of stock of certain items and are happy to suggest alternatives.  When we follow-up your order, we will also offer to add you to our waitlist so that you can be the first to know once we're restocked with your favorite cuts.  We are raising more beef as we speak and will be restocking the freezers in fall 2020.

• Prices listed are by the pound (per 16 oz) and we weigh each cut to the ounce.  Click here for approximate sizes and please indicate below if you prefer larger or smaller cuts - we'll hand select your preferred cuts.
