The fine print.
If we do not receive your payment 10 days after we accept you, we reserve the right to open up your spot to another vendor.
All artists will be asked to bring a baked good to donate for a bake sale on the day of the event. If you do not bring a baked good, you will be asked to pay an additional $10. The baked good is part of your vendor fee.
If accepted, you must supply own table, lights, extension cords, bungee cords, shims/wedges, for leveling, display needs, bags etc.
Space for each vendor may not exceed one table 6 foot table. Additional space may be requested for an additional fee based on space availability. Complete details will be provided at time of acceptance
Crafters/artisans are allowed to sell original, handmade products only. No reselling is allowed.
If sharing a booth, all artisans must apply separately.
Vendors must stay the duration of the market. You cannot leave for any reason during the open hours.
NO commercial (non-vendor) advertising is allowed outside of official event sponsorships.
Non-profits groups may present educational materials and information about their mission but may not engage in any political activities, canvassing or petitioning.
All back-stock must be stored under the tables or stacked neatly out of the way. Your area and items may not infringe upon the aisles or neighboring booths.
Capitol Theater is a non-smoking facility.
Vendors are responsible for keeping their space looking nice during market hours and for cleaning up their space after the market closes, including removal of all garbage and sweeping up any debris.
Duck the Malls reserves the right to remove, without refund, any vendors misrepresenting themselves or products, or is deemed inappropriate or detrimental to market’s intents and purposes.
We will send out a survey after the event that we ask you to respond to. This information is for our use only and not public. If you do respond to it we will give you two free passes to a movie at OFS.
No refunds are given for any reason.
Olympia Film Society is not responsible for loss or damage of exhibitors' wares, exhibits, or personal property or for injury caused by products sold or exhibited by exhibitors. Insurance for such loss, damages, or injury shall be the responsibility of each exhibitor.
We value our vendors, and we hope they value us. When you sign up for this market we are counting on you to represent!
