The Board of the Buffalo Niagara Builders Association extends this invitation for membership in your industry's most important organization. We need your support to help foster a free enterprise system and advance the interests of the residential building industry.

THERE ARE 3 OPTIONS:

BUILDER-This member shall be any individual whose business is not only the construction of structures for sale or lease, but shall include individuals involved with real estate as a principal, or employee thereof: such as land sales and leases either raw or developed; owners or managers of structures and lessees of land and/or structures and those gainfully employed in the home improvment industry. 

ASSOCIATE/INSTITUTIONAL-This member is anyone affiliated with the building industry as a subcontractor or in support services. Institiututional is a member catergory that is for education, finance, media and utility companies.

AFFILIATE-This member is any individual who is a partner or an employee of a company which currently has a BNBA Builder, Associate, Institiutional member in good standing. Affiliate benefits include inclusion at open meetings and outings, monthly newsletter and notifications of all issues. An Affiliate member will get BNBA pricing for events and services. Affiliate members will not be eligible to chair committees, hold elected offices or have voting privileges. 

 

Applications are reviewed by the Membership Committee and submitted for final approval at the monthly Board of Directors meetings held the second Tuesday of every month.

• I agree to abide by the Code of Ethics and by-laws of the BNBA.
• I further agree to abide by the Code of Ethics of the National Association of Homes Builders and NYS Builders Association which the BNBA is affiliated& with.
• I will also adhere to the "Approved Building Standards" set forth by the BNBA.
