Formal Notice of Resignation

Greetings in the precious name of Jesus!  We thank you for informing us of your intention to resign your membership from the ECA.  May  God bless you as you start your new journey. We trust that the Lord will empower you to fulfill the call He has on your life and extend to you His grace, wisdom, and mercy.

NOTE:

You must return the current year membership identification card, credential certificate, and your ordination certificate by March 31 in person or by mail, so they may be kept in your file. Otherwise, you will be charged for the current year annual membership.
To leave as a member in good standing, all ECA dues, fees, and reports must be current.  This means for example: (Resigned on of after January 1, 2023 but before March 31, 2023, you will need to submit a 2022 Annual Report to be in good standings.  If you resign any time during the year, ex. 2022, you will need to submit a 2021 Annual Report).  If you have any questions please contact the ECA Office.  Those contacting the ECA to verify that you were a member, will be informed as to your standing should they ask.
Non-submission of dues and/or a report is not an acceptable means of officially informing the ECA of your resignation.

DO NOT SEND A COMPLETED HARD COPY TO THE ECA OFFICE AS IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!
