The workouts will be custom made to the equipment you have, the number of days/week you want to work out, the length of time you have to complete the workouts, your goals and capabilities.
It's remote coaching vs. a 'cookie cutter' program because your coach builds and changes the workouts based on your feedback/how you are progressing. As long as you keep your coach updated and give them a "heads up" on your schedule/available equipment, they can alter your workouts to fit with your schedule.
All messaging with your coach can be done with the TrueCoach App. All results and progress can be tracked with TrueCoach and includes detailed video descriptions for all exercises.
