Ministry, Contact and Address Changes: As part of your agreement in membership with the ECA, please notify us of any contact changes (i.e. address, phones, email, ministry position/title) within 45 days of the occurrence. This assures that credentials, letters from the President and general correspondence arrive in a timely manner.

Please note the following:
- Do not close out the form (though you may minimize it) on your screen before completing and electronically submitting it, as this will delete all the information entered.
