The Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) is an international association that strives to stimulate a world of generosity and positive social good through fundraising best practices. For 50 years, AFP has been the leader for professionalism in fundraising, representing over 30,000 members, in over 203 chapters throughout the world, who work to advance philanthropy through advocacy, research, education and certification programs. In honour of National Philanthropy Day® on November 15, AFP Newfoundland and Labrador will award its annual Spirit of Philanthropy Awards to celebrate the great contributions of philanthropy in the Province and to those who go above and beyond to make an impact through generosity and volunteerism.
Outstanding Fundraising Executive Nomination Details
Recognizing a fundraising executive whose actions and leadership exemplify ethical and effective professional practice and whose performance has enhanced the financial resources and recognition of the organization(s) for which they work. The recipient must have at least five years of professional fundraising experience and must be a member in good standing of AFP Newfoundland and Labrador Chapter. Current members of the Awards Selection Committee are not eligible for this award. Please complete EACH section, providing information as requested.
