After we receive your Rental Request Form, we will email a reservation confirmation to you within approximately 3 business days.

Your reservation confirmation will include your total rental amount. To keep your reservation, a deposit of 1/2 your rental amount will be due within 3 business days.

A payment link will be included in your email.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

PARKING

3815 LIVE OAK- NIA BECNEL BUILDING: Small parking lot on site; street parking

3903 ALMEDA RD- HARAMBEE BUILDING: Small parking lot on site; street parking; AFTER 6PM- the spaces at the Cleaners next to SHAPE may also be used

PROMOTING/ADVERTISING

You may not promote SHAPE as the location of your event until you have paid your deposit and received written approval from SHAPE. Any promotional material MUST include contact information for the individual or group who is organizing the event.

Do NOT list SHAPE contact information on your promotional materials.

Equipment

Our chairs are standard, white plastic folding chairs. We do not provide chair covers.

Our tables are standard rectangular 6ft and 8 ft tables. We do not provide table covers. Table capacity: 6 ft table seats 6-8 people, 8 ft table seats 8-10 people.
