It is hereby agreed subject to the terms and conditions of Big Show Towing & Recovery that I/We the client have authorised the recovery and towing of the abovementioned motor vehicle I/We the client shall be liable for all towing fees,payable on a cash basis on completion of the towing service.

I/We the client agree and accept that Big Show Towing and Recovery, their owners, employees or representatives will not be liable for any damages/ loss/ inconvenience/ loss of income or loss of goods or equipment from motor vehicle or any other costs incurred in the recovery and towing of the above mentioned motor vehicle. I/We the client hereby acknowledge that I/We were advised to remove all valuables and fittings such as radio tapes, compact disc players and accessories and agree that we do not hold Big Show Towing and Recovery or their employees or agents responsible for items of this nature which are lost, stolen or damaged. We further understand that should a dispute arise during the time of this agreement I/We the client shall liable for all legal costs incurred by both parties.

I/We the client further acknowledge that we do not hold Big Show Towing and Recovery responsible for any Vehicle Hire fees incurred through the recovery and towing of the above motor vehicle. Owner to place vehicle in a towable condition before acceptance. Any incorrect information supplied with regards to location / condition will be charged for. I/We the client are responsible to pay all storage fees where my vehicle has been stored by Big Show Towing and Recovery and their appointed agents.

I/We the client agree that vehicle not claimed within 30 days will be sold to defray expenses. Please note vehicles in our possession or vehicles towed direct to client will lie in lien with Big Show Towing & Recovery until full and final payment is made. I/We the client agree that the above vehicle is towed at our own risk.
