** ALL product including DIGITAL files are sold seperate! and are not included in the $400 or $299 session fee price. To add a second subject to a boudoir there will be an additional $50 fee.

Online viewing gallery's expire 30 days after delivery date so please make sure to make your purchases before the gallery expires and make sure to download your images. Once gallery expires you will no longer be able to access them. Do you have any questions regarding this?

I would love to start filming a little more of the behind the scene during sessions and posting before and after makeup photos please let me know what your ok with.

Its ok to film hair and makeupits ok to film hair and makeup and the shoot but no nudity, as well as posting before and after photos, You may also ask me a couple questions during my session.You make only post the before and after photosI want my session to be private so no video and no before and after photo (however the makeup artist is allowed to post her hair and makeup photos on her page)

I will be directing you into poses and may need to touch you( like to move your hair or etc) in order to do so, I also will be using phrase like...arch your back, point your toes and pop your bottom out, stand up straight, push your chest out, grab your butt, suck it in, open your mouth, show me some emotion with your eyes and etc. ARE YOU GOING TO BE OK WITH THIS?

My boudoir business thrives on word of mouth and being able to share images for others to see. I have earned a reputation for discretion. Rest assured that I value your privacy and that your images are safe with me. With that said, I would love permission to use your images in marketing materials and on my website. I may do a mix of dark and moody edits as well as Black and white, light and bright edits. Are you ok with a mixture? Also since client provides location please keep in mind lighting and décor is different everywhere so please understand that when seeing your final images.

I have a list of my most popular products with prices listed on my website, have you taken alook so you are aware of product cost?

It may take up to 4 weeks if not sooner to receive your edited images to preview, if there is a chance it may take longer I will discuss that with you after our session. The emailed viewing gallery's of all the retouched images will expire after 30 days and you will no longer have access to it, so PLEASE make your purchases before the 30 days is up once they expire I purge them from my hard drive except images for promotional purposes in which i have permission from the client to use for promotional reasons and are determined by photographer at photographers sole discretion.Please let me know if you have any questions regarding this or if you completely understand.

PAYMENT

Session fee of $400 or $299 is due at the time of booking in full and is non-refunable, because of this the photographer agrees to secure the date which will be unavailable to other clients.If you cannot make the full payment please discuss with me about payment plan options.

CANCELLATION

Boudoir By Jessica Cobb agrees to reserve and not make any other reservations or accept any other clients for the date, time, and duration listed above (the “Session Date”) for performance of the services listed in the Quote above (the “Photography Session”). For this reason, in the event that CLIENT BREACHES, REPUDIATES OR CANCELS the contract for any reason, all monies paid shall be retained by Jcobb Photography Beauty & Boudoir By Jessica cobb, in order to offset its loss of business. In all circumstances, all sales are final and all payments are non-refundable.

RESCHEDULING

Client may reschedule the Photography Session once without forfeiting any fees paid, provided that: (1) Client provides notice of the desire to reschedule no less than 7 days before the Session Date; and (2) the Photography Session is rescheduled to a date no later than 60 days after the Session Date. If Client provides less than 7 days notice, Client will have to pay a $50 reschedule fee, however I do try to understand everyone situations and work with you as much as possible. If reschedule date is more than 60 days from original session date or more than one reschedule is made, all monies paid are forfeited and a new retainer is required.

Photographer maintains the right to reschedule if needed due to inclement weather, illness, emergency, etc. at no additional costs to the Client.

If you need to reschedule a special offer session like marathons it must be for the dates that are provided with the that specific offer. If you cannot reschdule for the marathon dates provided then you forfeit monies paid or you can roll that payment over to a regular session but there will be a remaining balance due.

LATE ARRIVALS

If Client arrives late to the Photograph Session, the Photography Session will end at the scheduled time. If Client is more than 30 minutes late for the Photography Session or a NO SHOW, the Photography Session will be considered cancelled and all fees will be retained by Jcobb Photography Beauty & Boudoir By Jessica Cobb. I am always willing to work with my cients if something comes up, but please understand that sometimes i have back to back clients which is why if your late the session still has to end at the scheduled time, but if I dont have a back to back day im happy to work with my clients.

CREATIVE CONTROL

Jcobb Photography retains creative control of the Photography Session in its entirety, including but not limited to, the adjustment of hair, makeup, jewelry, clothing, props,and sets. Jcobb Photography Beauty & Boudoir By Jessica Cobb DOES NOT PROVIDE ADDITIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY SESSIONS IN THE EVENT CLIENT IS DISSATISFIED WITH HER APPEARANCE IN THE FINAL IMAGES. The Client agrees to notify Jcobb Photography By Jessica Cobb of any dissatisfaction with her appearance, including but not limited to wardrobe, hair, and makeup, prior to photographs being taken, so we can fix any dislikes. Client understands and agrees photographer may help with posing and my have to touch client to help put into poses like adjust your arm/leg or fix stray hairs, but I first try to verbally direct . If for any reason Jcobb photography is not happy with the images due to lighting issues or technical difficulty during the shoot she will ask for a reshoot.I am always will to work with you and do want you to be happy with your photos so please if you have questions regarding this or concerns please contact me so we can furthger discuss this.

CLIENT USAGE

Photographic Images are solely for the personal use of the Client and shall not be used for any commercial use without express written permission from Jcobb Photography Beauty & Boudoir by Jessica Cobb. Client understands and agrees that any reproduction, duplication of any image not purchased or alteration of any images owned or produced by Jcobb Photography Beauty & Boudoir By Jessica Cobb, including but not limited to Photographic Images AND IMAGES MADE PUBLIC BY Jcobb Photography By Jessica cobb ONLINE, by anyone other than Jcobb Photography Beauty & Boudoir is strictly prohibited. It is illegal to copy, scan, download (unless digital gallery was purchased), screenshot, print, modify, re-produce, re-edit, add any filters, convert to black and white or otherwise steal any image created by Jcobb Photography Beauty & Boudoir by Jessica Cobb. This applies to images posted in a Private Online Gallery, Blog, Facebook, Instagram or Hard Copy images. The Client may however share web/blog post links and social media albums through use of the share functions and dissemination of direct links. If Client steals images via any method above, or any other method, Client will be charged legal fines and invoiced for the cost of EACH digital image stolen, at Photographer’s current price per image. If client has any questions regarding copyright and the use of photographs please contact Jessica Cobb.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY

Jcobb Photography Beauty & Boudoir by Jessica Cobb takes the utmost care with respect to the exposure, retouching, and transportation of digital captures, proofs and prints. However, in the unlikely event that all the originals are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed within or beyond Jcobb Photography Beauty & Boudoir by Jessica Cobb's control, liability is limited to a re-shoot which will be scheduled at no additional cost. In the unlikely event that Photographer is injured or becomes to ill to attend the portrait session, Photographer will make every effort to reschedule to the earliest possible date.

WEATHER

If it is not possible for a session to take place on a scheduled day due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule on an agreed date at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

Your session fee does not include any digital downloads of images those are purchased completely separate from the session you can take a look at product prices on my website under boudoir.
