Buyer of the Year Award Application
The E Awards represent EXCELLENCE and are acknowledged as the premier event in North Texas recognizing buyers for their leadership and successful contributions to minority business inclusion and utilization. Celebrated as a D/FW MSDC E AWARD Buyer of the Year Award winner or nominee is a positive acknowledgement for you and your organization.
Description: A Buying Entity member (corporation or public sector agency) buyer, responsible for sourcing within the Buying Entity member’s supply chain, who has demonstrated leadership and performance results in the utilization of certified minority-owned businesses.
Recognition: Recognition on stage during the E Awards event; receipt of an Award and Certificate; featured on the D/FW MSDC website during 2019.
Nomination: Congratulations on being nominated for the D/FW MSDC E AWARD Buyer of the Year. To help make a fair and equitable selection, please complete the following questionnaire for your latest fiscal reporting period (2017). This questionnaire is kept strictly confidential and is destroyed after the award is made.
