Toilet Seat fix
If you have a loose or wobbly toilet seat, this guide will help you fix it safely.

Locate the two release buttons on the seat and press them in firmly.

Lift the seat upwards to remove it. Place it on the floor and remove the silver pin covers from the toilet.

Remove the cover by lifting the silver cap by hand or with a screwdriver, taking care not to scratch the toilet pan.
Tighten each screw while keeping the fitting in place. Refit the caps, align the seat with the pins, and click it back into position.
If the seat is now secure, no further action is required. If the issue remains, please complete the final section so MCO can review and arrange further assistance if needed.
