·      Demonstrates outstanding dedication to their work while maintaining a high level of commitment to public service values.
·      Demonstrates exceptional ability to foster collaboration, communication, and cooperation among colleagues and members of the USTA Wisconsin District.
·      Recognition as the “go to” person who often provides support to organizational volunteers or staff so that they can provide ambassadorial service to others i.e. players, tournament directors, league coordinators, etc..
·      Demonstrates leadership, wisdom and compassion.
