It is MY responsibility as a current student to submit my request to the DSPS office at least ten (10) working days prior to the need.
It is MY responsibility to inform DSPS immediately should there be any changes in my class schedule, classroom location or cancellation of services, or questions/concerns about the furniture.
I understand that the furniture that will be placed in the classroom is the furniture authorized by the DSPS counselor on my AAA letter.
I understand that requests are processed in the order they are received and limited furniture is available.
I understand that the adaptive furniture is only available for on-campus courses.
