Hope 4 Paws Rescue's adoption process involves filling out this application, veterinarian & personal reference checks, and a home visit. All of our pets are inside pets and we only place them in committed homes where they will be beloved family pets.

This application is designed to help us make sure our rescue pet is a good fit for your home. All adopting parties are required to complete this form. If any questions don't pertain to you, please put NA in that field. We reserve the right to deny any adoption based on answers to this application or any interview prior to adoption, and will explain our reasons, if so. Thank you!

This includes keeping it well fed & hydrated, providing veterinarian care, making sure it receives exercise & stays healthy, and most importantly, becomes a family member. If I have any problems keeping the pet I adopt from Hope 4 Paws Rescue, I will contact the rescue immediately so they can find it a new home and make sure it's safely placed.
