OUR PROMISE TO YOU...In order for us to begin the professional planning services required to plan and arrange your travel, a non-refundable planning fee is required. Langford Travel, LLC requires a signed Client Service Agreement and non-refundable professional planning fee for all travelers retaining our services.
The purpose of the agreement is to outline the terms, conditions, and limitations between the Travel Advisor and Client for the planning and arrangement of the Client's ideal vacation. The Travel Advisor agrees to provide professional services in planning, booking, and coordinating the client's travel arrangements. The client, by payment of the professional planning fee, will receive professional planning services for a single destination.
Should the client desire additional destinations or changes to the original agreement, as specified in the Client Agreement, additional planning fees may apply.
Travel planning involves extensive time and research and is based on years of professional expertise and personal experience. Research includes, but is not limited to: destination, hotels, air fare, ground transportation, excursions tours and special requests. Suppliers may be contacted, transportation arranged, and itineraries created. Your final itinerary and documentation are designed to provide as positive an experience as possible, given any unforeseen events that are associated with and may happen during travel.
Once your travel is planned, you may then review your itinerary, and inquire about any modifications you would like to make. Please note: An additional fee will be required in the event your request involves a completely new destination or mode of travel or goes beyond the allotted two revisions.
Planning Fees are listed as follows:
- F.I.T.s = $125.00
- Groups up to 10 rooms = $500.00
- Groups above 10 rooms = Contact us for special pricing
An initial proposal/quote will be presented. The client may request two revisions or changes to the proposal/quote presented. Changes requiring a completely new destination or type of travel may require an additional planning fee. It is at the discretion of the Travel Advisor to determine any additional fees required outside of the initial proposal.
Trip proposals and/or quotes are not final until a deposit or full payment for the booking is received. Please note that price and availability are not guranteed and subject to change without a deposit or full payment on the proposed travel itinerary.
The planning fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable. Should you choose not to book your travel with us, the planning fee will be retained by Langford Travel, LLC as payment for services rendered. Langford Travel, LLC strives to help you "Travel Better. Travel Togetehr."
We will not be able to begin working on your request until a completed "Plan My Ideal Trip" form and the courtesy of the planning fee is received.
