To get the most out of your mentoring experience, communicating on the general expectations and goals is essential for both mentor and mentee. The following is a general guide to some ground rules that each mentor and mentee pair should adhere to. The mentoring experience is a development opportunity that both parties will endeavor to work towards.

- Both parties are to inform and seek support from PSB Academy secretariat in the event of a conflict or misunderstanding that is unable to be resolved.
The mentoring period will last for 6 months from the date of agreement.
