The School of Graduate Studies Calendar provides a central listing of events while serving as a feeder also publishing events on the Communications and External Relations College calendar.

All events listed on the School of Graduate Studies Calendar must be sponsored by or affiliated with the College. Examples include department-sponsored lectures, seminars, workshops, capstone events, and approved student-organized events.

If you wish to have your event published on the FIT Newsroom calendar, the calendar administrator will forward a summary of the completed form to Communications and External Relations.

To submit an event listing, please fill out the form below. provide the event title, a brief summary, provide date/time/location information, and a detailed description of the event. You may also include supporting PDF documents, media and an external link if you choose.

If you need to change information associated with a submitted event (updates, cancellations, sell-outs) please email gradevents@fitnyc.edu.
