The ride is limited to 110 riders. We request entries, signed release and payment to be received by April 4th 2025. Mailed in entries will only be accepted until March 30th 2025 then only Online entries will be accepted.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations prior to 5:00pm Monday, April 7th, will receive a full refund. Cancellations after 5:00pm April 7th will be charged an administration fee of $25.00. A no show, no call, will not receive a refund. Once the applicant starts the ride, the entry fee is not refundable. Ride Manager must be notified of cancellation by the start of the ride or no refund will be issued. Please allow 7-10 business days after the ride for refund to be returned.
Bumble Bee Ranch Extra Friday Dinner tickets for crew or non-riders needs to pre arranged. Bumble Bee Ranch Meals available Friday and Saturday, Stalls, RV Hook up and Accommodation's reservations can be set up online at https://www.bumblebeeranch.com/
